Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of the TECHNON website. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Website Operator
TECHNON is a brand operated by V ZONE MARKETING (Registration No.: 200803104796), Malaysia. References to “TECHNON”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to V ZONE MARKETING as the business operating the TECHNON website and selling TECHNON products.

3. Products & Website Information
We aim to describe products, sizes, prices, promotions and availability accurately. Product images are for illustration and screen display may cause minor colour or appearance differences. Product directions, warnings and limitations shown on the product, packaging or current product page must be followed. We may correct genuine errors or update information where reasonably necessary.
4. Prices & Promotions
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise. The price and promotion displayed and accepted at checkout apply to that order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error before acceptance. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout. Promotions, vouchers, Partner offers and free-item offers may have separate eligibility conditions and may be changed or withdrawn prospectively.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement does not by itself mean that we have accepted an order. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment for reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud or abuse, stock unavailability, an obvious pricing/technical error, delivery restrictions or other reasonable operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the amount due for refund will be handled through the applicable payment/refund process.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using a payment method made available at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and security practices. An order requiring payment is not treated as successfully paid until the relevant payment confirmation is received.
7. Delivery
Delivery is available only to locations and by methods currently offered at checkout. Estimated delivery information is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival time unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, public holidays, access restrictions or events reasonably outside our control.
8. Order Changes & Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after payment, packing, shipment or fulfilment has begun. Any cancellation or refund remains subject to applicable Malaysian law and the current Returns/Refund information displayed by TECHNON.
9. Returns, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, defective or materially different from the order, contact us promptly with the order details and reasonable supporting evidence such as photographs where appropriate. We will assess the matter and provide the remedy required by applicable law and our current Returns/Refund policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian consumer law.
10. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account and login information secure and for providing accurate account, contact and delivery information. You must not misuse another person's account or use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity.
11. Partner Program
Ordinary customers do not become TECHNON Partners automatically. Applicants and approved Partners are additionally governed by the current TECHNON Partner Terms & Agreement accepted through the Partner system. Where a Partner-specific matter is concerned, the current Partner Terms & Agreement and applicable Partner system rules govern that matter.
12. Intellectual Property
The TECHNON name, branding, website content, product artwork, photographs and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied, altered, falsely represented or used commercially without permission except where permitted by law or under approved Partner materials and rules.
13. Website Availability & Third-Party Services
We aim to keep the website available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The website may depend on third-party hosting, payment, delivery or technology services. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service, terms or privacy practices except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Liability & Consumer Rights
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable from the relevant breach. We do not exclude or limit liability, statutory guarantees, consumer rights or remedies where Malaysian law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.
15. Fraud, Abuse & Enforcement
We may take reasonable steps to verify orders, prevent fraud, investigate abuse and protect customers, Partners and the business. Orders, accounts, promotions or Partner benefits obtained through false information, self-referral, duplicate-account abuse, artificial transactions or other misuse may be rejected, cancelled, suspended or adjusted in accordance with applicable rules and law.
16. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the current TECHNON Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively when our products, services, payment methods, delivery arrangements, Partner features or legal requirements change. The version displayed on the website at the relevant time is the current version. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any mandatory rights or dispute procedures available to consumers under Malaysian law remain unaffected.
