Partner Program Information
If you apply for or participate in the TECHNON Partner Program, we may additionally process your real full name, mobile number, Partner application and status, accepted Partner Agreement version, acceptance date/time, language and IP address, referral and eligible-sales records, commission, rank and reward records, payout requests and payout history. Where you choose to set up a payout profile or request payment, we may process bank name, bank-account holder name and bank-account number.

Information may be used to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, maintain accounts, administer the Partner Program, verify Partner identity for commission payout, calculate and manage commissions/rewards/ranks, process payout requests, maintain acceptance and audit records, detect duplicate accounts or payout details, prevent fraud and abuse, protect website security, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and send relevant communications where appropriate.
Partner Identity & Payout Verification
Partner identity and payout information may be compared or normalised for verification, duplicate-account prevention, fraud prevention and payout administration. A Partner's accepted real full name may be locked in the Partner system and compared with the bank-account holder name before payout. Payout records may retain a snapshot of relevant identity and bank details so that historical payment records remain auditable even if payout details are later changed.
Service Providers & Disclosure
Where reasonably necessary to operate the service, relevant information may be shared with service providers such as delivery, hosting, technology, communications or payment providers, or with professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary or required by applicable law. Service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Payment Information
Customer payments may be processed by third-party payment providers used by TECHNON. Those providers may process payment details under their own privacy and security practices. TECHNON does not claim to store full payment-card data where the website does not actually store it. Partner payout bank information is different: where a Partner supplies bank details for commission payout, those details may be stored in the TECHNON Partner system for payout administration, verification, fraud prevention and recordkeeping.
